4. Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off
- At the time of vehicle collection, a thorough inspection is required to identify any pre-existing damage, which must be reported immediately. A vehicle condition report will be completed and signed at this point. The vehicle should be returned in the same condition as received, accounting for normal wear and tear. You are liable for any damage or loss up to the insurance excess, unless you have opted for extra coverage. Any damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or violations of these Terms remains your responsibility, regardless of your insurance status.

7. Restricted Activities
